This is not a public blockchain, and not real-world real estate. Gratovia is a private, platform-operated social world with an internal credit system and a persistent virtual map. There is no mining, gas, or on-chain wallet. CREDITS exist only inside Gratovia. A permissioned CR ledger is the source of truth for every balance. Virtual parcels represent platform-defined digital rights and spaces within Gratovia; they are not land, property, securities, or a claim against Gratovia.
These are the actual Gratovia lots. The Commons through the Waterfront and Business District are open now. Homes can host a small business. Shops and offices are for larger ones. Dashed districts stay off the map until owners vote them in — East Bank first, then Hillside, West Bank, North Bank, and South Bank.
